ENERMAX ETS-T40-TA CPU COOLER REVIEW
INTRODUCTION
Enermax are well known for their high quality power supplies, but they recently ventured into the CPU cooler market. Enermax have released two coolers for us all to drool over, one being the
ETD-T60 which has the air blowing down over the CPU socket, and the other which has the more traditional airflow arrangement blowing air through the heatsink then towards the rear is the ETS-T40,
that is the one we’ll be testing today.
The ETS-T40 is 160mm in height and has four 6mm direct contact heat pipes sporting a nickel plated base with a fin array that has a unique design with notches on each fin to improve airflow.
The ETS-T40 comes in three variants, the way to differentiate the three is by the choice of fan this is entirely down to personal preference. You could opt for the T.B. silence which is all-black
in colour, or you could go for the T.B. Apollish with a blue LED, or finally the T.B. Vegas Duo with the blue and red LEDs.
